SSRS print message

    When I hit the print icon in Report Manager for SSRS, I get a message in a pop-up window says -

    "Unable to load client print control". Does anyone know what this message is about and how I can get past it?

    I am also having an issue with users when trying to print:

    They receive a pop-up asking them to put in the administrator credentials to proceed.

    We had this issue as well.

    All we had to do was to run it as admin to install the software and the next time the user run it, it would be fine.

    you need to install RSClientPrint.cab to enable Client side report printing.
