  I have a transactional replication set up in my environment and it's running fine. Now I wanted to add a new (Table) to the publication and I diid, click validate subscriptions and table table didn't apper on other server,so I click reinisialiize all subscriptions is that the right way to go? How long it could run for?

  Take a look at the following link. I have explained how you can add new articles to the publication and avoid taking a snapshot of all the articles.
