First thing I would do is to try renaming the destination on the "Select Source Tables and Views" tab, on the off chance that Excel doesn't like your "name". If that doesn't help, then I would try the following 1) running the query in a seperate query window and 2) export the query into another table, or a text file.
If the query won't run then you have hopefuly a simple fix. If query exports to a text file then you know something is wrong with how you are moving to Excel.
The only things I really noticed in your error were the following:
Your error is in the object "Destination - Query" or "input "Destination Input" which are odd names if you ask me.
and
Error 0xc02020c4: Data Flow Task: The attempt to add a row to the Data Flow task buffer failed with error code 0xC0047020.

Also you should probably check the "Save SSIS Package" checkbox on the "Save and Run Package" tab so that you can try looking at it in SSIS and do some error checking there.
