At the risk of being rude, my answer is "No". Part of being a DBA or whatever is knowing these things and knowing how to find the answers to such things. Please learn to use Books Online and Google to find the answers to these rather standard interview questions.

1)What is the purpose of Msdb database? If you delete msdb database insatance is running or not?
I know the answer to that is in Books Online
2)Login cannot access? How can you trouble shoot?
That question is getting at your troubleshooting methodology, not someone else's. They want to see how you work through a problem
3)What is the stored procedure for generate ERRORLOG?
Google or Book Online
4)What is proxy server? Why do u need it?
No such thing as a proxy server in SQL Server
5)What is statistics and what do u get from statistics?
Google or Book Online
6)When updation & insertion is going on back job has to wait or not?
Huh?
7)Sql server is stopped, Login got expired? How you will trouble shoot?
See question 2.
8)How many MDF & LDF we can create for Database?
That's definitely in Books Online
9)How do you check the health of Sql server? Is there any automation plan?
Google (and the term 'health' is a little vague.)
10)What tool we use configure allow remote area connections?
What is a remote area connection?
11)What is the stored procedure to see no of instances?
Google or Book Online
12)What is the service pack & hotfix/ cumulative update?
Seriously? Google this.
13)Will log file contains pages?
Maybe.
14)T-log full what error you will get?
Google this.
15)What are the service tickets?
Seriously? Google this.
16)Database went to suspect mode what will you do?
Google or Book Online
17)How do you find Databases in logshipping?
Google or Book Online
Interviews are about what you know, not what you memorise from someone else, and the first thing a DBA should know is how to research a topic, so being familiar with Books Online and google.

No. Based on the login expiration question, this is a mix of Windows OS and SQL Server questions to see how much the interviewee knows about how SQL Server functions within a Windows AD environment.
EDIT: In fact, looking at the later questions, it seems as if the interviewer realized his would-be employee knew nothing about SQL Server and wanted to see if this person had at least memorized answers to the exam questions.

Huh?
Basically, do INSERTs and UPDATEs block a backup from running.

Here is the problem many of us have, giving others answers to memorize to possibly get a job for which they really aren't qualified.
We are willing to help people learn and become better at their chosen career.
