Hello,
Microsoft published the "Features Supported by the Editions of SQL Server 2012" these days. There is one item named "Online schema change" that is only available in the Enterprise Edition.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc645993%28v=SQL.110%29.aspx
Google and Bing don`t know anything about this feature. Have anybody here in the forum heared about this feature?
Have a nice day
