How to add a role to the predefined built-in roles in SSRS2008

    I am trying to create a new role that give the end user slightly different capabilities than the predefined built-in roles that SSRS 2008 provides.

    for example I would like to create a role that browser abilites but does not include the ability to subscribe to reports.

    Could someone please point me in the right direction?

    You can do that by connecting to your SSRS instance from management studio.

    Expand the Security section and either add a new role or customize one of the existing ones.

    With SSRS 2005 you could also do it in Report Manager, but it seems that this is no longer available in 2008
