Hello Gurus!
Does anyone know how to run an SSRS Subscription immediately ( I mean on the fly )
without having to wait till the schedule kicks in ?
By the way, what does the following command do ? I ran it and the output was
(1 row(s) affected)
EXEC dbo.AddEvent @EventType='TimedSubscription' , @EventData='8BF5DC02-780D-4E8F-814F-C9499F1C0BEC'

Subscriptions are implemented as SQL Server jobs. You can directly run the job. The jobs are named using teh GUID Of the report (this could be the subscriptionID).

That sp puts a row in the even table in the ReportServer database. I don't know how this table is used.
