Let's start by finding out what you have done so far.
Have you followed the steps in this article?

I want to create new job and target as multiple server .but i saw that option is disable . so i want to know how to setup this new job for multiple target server?

Have you created a master server? Have you created the target servers? Are you trying to create the job from the master server?
In the link I provided, it discusses that and then provides a link to how to create those servers
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms180992.aspx
This is why I asked what have you done so far. If you have not created the master server, then that is where you need to start.
