Unable to configure Reporting service

  • Hi All,

    I have SQL Server 2005 standard edition with service pack 2.I have configure the reporting service but when i browse the url http://localhost/Reports/ it gives me following error.

    And also while configuring reporting service initialization option is not highlighted.

    Any kind of help will be appreciated.
