Q. have a table with indexes build. but when I run a query for missing indexes, it comes back and tell me I have those particular indexes missing. if they are already there, why they come back as missing.

Looks more closely, maybe 1 column is out of order, maybe the include is different. It doesn't take much to get an extra recommendation even if it makes no real sens for that system.

Then maybe I misunderstood the question. can you give more details and examples of what you need help with?
