extract the ssis package from server1 then upload to server2
this is assuming that you have the same config, database names etc on server2 which are detailed in the MP's on server1 otherwise quickest way would be to create new MP's on server2

in fact, there will be connection strings which could be hardcoded to the SQL server, instead of using . or (local) for the server so you might be best of just creating new MP's from the start.
