Starting SQL without TempDB

    For those DR situations where the TempDB drives are missing/failed and won't be replaced soon. How to start SQL without TempDB and how to move the files to a new location.

    I'll take this one also, again not in the next couple months.

    If you can't explain to another person how the code that you're copying from the internet works, then DON'T USE IT on a production system! After all, you will be the one supporting it!
