I did a full back up of my database at 3:00 AM today and the size was 8.05GB now I did a full back up again after nine hours and the size has gone down to 7.49GB . No any data has been deleted from the database, more records have been added. How is this possible? Is something wrong?

First question, what other database activities were accomplished (manual, scheduled, or automatic) between backups?

Manual data entry as well as automated data updates.

Let me clarify, what database maintenance tasks may have be done between backups?

No, I don't have any database tasks scheduled betwen these two times.

The size of a full backup should be about the size of all pages within allocated extents plus the portion of the t-log created during the execution of the backup plus a little overhead.
If nothing reduced the number of allocated extents then your primary suspect is the portion of the t-log that got backup.
