Does anybody have a script or a technique for stopping a report that is running in SSRS 2005

Do you mean a schedule or the query behind the reports?
If the command is in progress, then you should be able to run sp_who2 and kill the process.
If the query has been executed and is in the process of rendering, then the only thing I can think of is recyling the SSRS web service app pool... i think...

Thank you for responding
What I meant is that we have vendor software running.A user will select a particular report, enter the report's various parameters and run the report. Then before the report finishes generating, the user may decide that oops... they entered some parm wrong and tries to stop the report. At the user interface level there really is nothing to stop the generating. More often the not the user thinks they are stopping the report by closing the window and starting over. Of course that doesn't stop anything, now there are two versions of the report running. The first version is what we would want to stop.
