I have this extended SP "sp_XML_preparedocument" missing on both the SQL 2005 sp4 and SQL 2008 R2.
Anyone please tell me how could I put them back or I need to reinstall them !?
Thanks!

It should be there in master, under the system extended stored procedures. It's part of a default instalation.
I haven't used it in years, since XQuery is easier for me, but it appears to be in there on all of my servers.
If it's really missing, you may need to reinstall SQL Server. But I'd be surprised if it's gone.

OK! Thanks. Any other suggestions !? They do not exist on my 2005/2008.

Are you sure you're searching the correct folder?
Do you see the sp_batch_params procedure?
How did you notice it's missing? Do you get any error message when calling the sproc? If so, what's the error message?

Thanks. I have removed the SQL 2005 and re-installed and it seems to be going.
Thank you again ALL!:-)
