you wont be able to as the runtime for 2008 is different than 2005
you will need to get hold of BIDS for 2005 and redesign the package and redeploy
packages can go up versions, so create in bids 2005 will work on sql 2008, but you cannot downgrade eg bids 2008 on sql 2005

Thanks for replying me.:-)
So can i upgrade sql server 2005 to sql server 2008.
I have 8-10 different Databases and they are used by others,
I am using only one database ....can i migrate all databases..??
How can i install sql server 2008 .... if i have sql server 2005 with different databases??
IF i will install sql server 2008 then any condition like first uninstall sql server 2005 then install sql server 2008?????
or if i have 2005 and i can aslo install 2008 with uninstalling sql server 2005 .????
Thanks

you will need first to run the database upgrade wizard on the 2008 media to ensure that your databases can be upgraded.
if they can then you can do an in place upgrade or a side by side upgrade.
if they can not then you will need to fix the issues first before upgrading.
you can have 2005 and 2008 on the same server but you will need to give the new instance a name eg SERVER\SQL2008
i would backup the databases on 2005 and restore on 2008
all this seems a bit excessive though for what you are trying to do, i would just get the 2005 media and install BIDS from this and use that for your SSIS packages.
also are you licenced to use 2008? do you have software assurance with the licences your company purchased if so check that the SA hasn't expired? if you havn't then the only thing you can do is purchase new licences or ask Microsoft for an addon software assurance if they will offer it to you or stay on 2005.
