how many columns and rows in a table?

In SQL Server? That sounds like an Excel question.
Check out BoL. It's not a hard limit for columns, but a size one. There's no row limit other then diskspace.
Is this a school or interview question?

Beware: this is considered a beginner's question, SQL Server 101. I wouldn't even hire a Junior who couldn't answer this. Anyone worth their salt is going to go way beyond this and you're going to ruin your reputation before you have one. You need to do a lot more research before looking for a position in SQL Server.
