Launch the sql server 2008 installer on node b and select add node to a sql server failover cluster.
Step through the wizard and when prompted select the default instance to join!

Do you think it will work with existing node. As I mentioned there are two active/active nodes. on Node A default is there, but on node B only named instance exists so I want to install the default instance on node b. When I select add node do you think its adding another brand new node or you get the option to select node B?

If you look closely at the installer you'll see 2 options, one for create a new SQL server failover cluster and one for add a node to a SQL server failover cluster. You really need to read and understand this more before going any further. Is there anybody else in your organisation who has SQL server 2008 skills?

Do I have to manually failover the node b to Node A? And can I set the possible owner to Node A? or both the nodes have to be selected?

Change the password via SQL Server configuration manager.
To apply SQL server 2008 SP2 patch the passive nodes first and manually failover the active node so it becomes passive.
Possible owners should already be set, don't worry too much about preferred owners.
