A few years ago I found an article from/about some1 who had created a database for DBA's, which had all kind of special reports which gave you all kind of interesting info on the status of an instance or a specific database: things like top 100 most expensive queries, procedures, failed jobs, max waittimes on al kinds of things, what-have-you I have tried several search phrases, but can't find it. I know it was also mentioned in an article here in SSC.
Does any1 know what database I mean? I know it was made for SQL2005, did not work well on 2008, so I lost sight of it. Now I'm working at a company where they use SQL2005, where this DB would be a tremendous help to analyze and manage the SQL Server instances.
Help me find this database, any hints & help would be appreciated.

Looks like performance dashboard for SQL Server 2005: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=22602.

Tnx, this sure is helpful. I wonder though if this is the Real Thing. As I recall this database was designed and build by a private person and had it's own database; here everything is created in msdb. For one thing, I cannot copy text from the reports generated, like queries or xml.
But it is still helpful, tnx again.

You can actually export reports to Excel and copy text from there. That's what I do when I need it.
