FIRST FUNCTION

    I tried using the first function it is not working.

    Can some one help me with some examples and syntax's

    the FIRST function is an access function, and doesn't have a true equivilent in SQL server...the best you can do is TOP 1...ORDER BY

    there is First in SSRS,

    are you refering to ssrs?
