Hi There:
I'm trying to create a SSIS Package using SQL Business Intelligence and I'm getting this error. Does any one experience this before?
Failed to save package file "C:\Documents and Settings\hm.A\Local Settings\Temp\tmpFB.tmp" with error 0x80040155 "Interface not registered".

This is most likely a case of corrupted or unregistered MSXML. Have you recently upgraded your SQL Server?
For in depth details about root cause and how to fix it take a look at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2416767
Hope this helps.
