    An SSAS Developer would be someone who would develop SSAS solutions. Designing, building and optimizing cubes would probably be the main thing.

    Edit: And writing MDX queries, of course.

    FYI: We don't know what you mean by Retails Domain project. That reference is lost on us. All we can do is tell you what an SSAS developer usually does in most businesses.
