no this will not adversely affect your live database

Is that hourly log backup part of the log shipping setup, or a separate log backup job that you're running?

So you're taking normal log backups as well as the log backups taken by the log shipping?

Yes gail.
Logshipping backup job is 25 min
Normal log backup is 1 hour.
but three times restore jobs had been failed.Like out of synochronozation.
how can i solve the issue.

That is never going to work.
To restore logs, you need an unbroken chain of log backups. Each log backup is based on the previous log backup. By setting up two different log backups you have guaranteed that log shipping will be permanently broken as only half of the log backups get copied to the secondary. Hence the restores will fail.
If you are doing log shipping you cannot have anything else backing the logs up.

Well you have a choice.
Disable the log backup maintenance plan
Disable log shipping
You need to do one of those. Which one is up to you.
