after changing my SQL sa password all my maintenance plans & my jobs failed to excute?

This is one of the reasons why schedulled jobs shouldn't login into the system as "sa".

Take it as an opportunity to create a batch account.

  • agent jobs owned by sa should not fail because of a password change - are you sure that was the cause?

  • Do you have the SQL Server Agent configured to connect to SQL Server using the SA account?

  • what's the account service of SQL Server Agent?
