  We have plan to log ship data(Building Log Shipping) from SQL SERVER R2 2008 Enterprise 64bit to SQL SERVER 2008 R2 Standard 32bit edition.Is this possible(Moving Data from 64bit to 32bit)?Is there any probable issues with this plan?

  No, the files are the same, the transactions are the same. The difference is only the SQL Server executable files.
