Get first parameter value in ssrs 2008

    Hi,

    I want to retrieve the firsta parameter values in a tablix.

    e.g start date

    The value of this parameter is e.g 6/3/2011. I am getting this repeatedly and want to get the value for just one time.

    I am using =First(Parameters!StartDate.Value).

    Please help

    If you are trying to place the value of a parameter in a row in a tablix it will repeat with each new row unless you suppress it somehow. If you are trying to place it in a header or footer, you should be OK.
