Hi Dear,
I have 13 parameters in my report , I want to have pair of 3 ,3, 3 ,3 ,1 (just want to display parameters in above mentioned order to user, so that user should not get confused.)

I don't think you can choose the display of the parameters. AFAIK it will always show 2 parameters wide in the order you set in the parameters gui.
