In windows server 2008 standard edition feature Failover clustering is not looking.

    Dear All,

    In windows server 2008 standard edition feature Failover clustering is not looking.Yet microsoft is telling that we give 2 node cluster support on 2008 server standard edition.

    dont know where you read that!

    Failover clustering requires Enterprise or Datacenter edition.

    you get 2 node support for clustering with the standard edition of SQL (2005 and above), not the standard edition of windows.
