How to merge multiple rows into fewer rows

  Hi I am stuck at one problem where I need to append values from multiple rows to fewer rows using SSIS. I have attached sample of how I have data and how I wanted the results. Any help will we appreciated.

  Please post in another format. Most people won't risk opening an excel file (VBA code too dangerous).

  Same difference... all office products have VBA and can be harmful.
