HI,
We have total 20 Sql Server Database of differetn versions (2000/2005/2008). Its not interconnected. But We now we are having difficulty in collecting the backups .. we need to plan for centralized backup .. plz advice me ..

You might want to look into a 3rd party backup tool like SQLBackup from RedGate, LightSpeed from Quest. There are others.

SQL Backup from Red Gate is very good about centralizing management of your backups. Plus it has other benefits, like backup compression for 2000 and 2005 databases and backup encryption. For what you need, at the scale we're talking, I'd strongly recommend looking into it.
