I didn't see any specific forum in here to address help/suggestions for installing third-party products...such as Idera. I'm having the hardest time trying to get Diagnostic Manager up and running and just wondered if anyone else out there experienced problems as well.
My issue specifically revolves around getting the SQLdm Management Service to stay running. Once I try to start it, it immediately turns off! I can't even enter my license key to open up the program due to this.
Been trying to work directly with Idera, but there's got to be someone else out there in the SQL world who's experienced this, right?
Any suggestions appreciated.

Well, of course I post my question after hours of hair pulling...and the issue gets resolved shortly thereafter.
In case anyone is interested, this came down to a permissions issue. The app wasn't installed using an actual machine administrator, but a domain administrator account. So permissions to certain folders in the installation directory had to be updated to allow permissions for the domain account.
