Is it possible to enable AWE for SQL2005 standard edition? If so, what steps are necessary. OS is WIN2003 server, 32-bit.

How much RAM do you have on the server?
Which edition of server 2003 do you have?

the only option you have here is the use of the /3GB switch in the boot.ini
AWE support is for memory over 4GB which 2003 Std does not support, you would need 2003 Enterprise to support more than 4GB RAM
