I have installed SQL Server 2008 R2 on my machine.
(1) Do you know which Service Pack should I apply on it ?
(2) Does 2008 R2 share the same set of Service Packs with MS SQL 2008 ?

It hasn't had a service pack yet
(2) Does 2008 R2 share the same set of Service Packs with MS SQL 2008 ?
Nope. No more than SQL 2008 sharing service packs with SQL 2005. They are different versions of the product.

Not 2005, I asked : does SQL 2008 and SQL 2008 R2 share the same set of service pack

And my answer was that they do not share service packs, no more than 2005 and 2008 share service packs.

You can see them all here for SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981356
Whenever a new CU is released the KB article is updated. MS has a KB article for each version and SP of SQL Server so you can track the CUs they release.
