Hi All,
Am totally new to windows clustering and installing sql server on top of it.
Can anyone provide me good links to start off??
Would like to know how the availability and how internally windows manages SQL Server in Clustered environment?
How different will be the install of SQL Server on clustered environment and what are the pre-requisites for install sql server on a cluster??

Hi
welcome to Windows clustering. Which version of Windows clustering are you planning to use 2003 or 2008. Just for clarification what version of SQL Server do you plan to use, i know you posted in the SQL 2005 forum but trust me that means nothing around here 😉
In the meantime my tutorials at the following links will get you started with Windows 2003 and SQL Server 2005 and Windows 2008 and SQL Server 2008.

1) watch the free video at

2) Fill out Chad Boyd's checklist before starting and it will make things go alot smoother
