Can you explain how , when and why Dynamic reports are using OLAP Cubes with example?

What do you mean with dynamic reports?
OLAP cubes, such as SSAS, are just a datasource for a report.
You can report on many sources, such as every OLE DB compliant data source.

No, its not an interview question , i just got started with this concept so would like to know what kind of dynamic reports can be created using OLAP and why dynamic reports need to be created by OLAP and is there any other alternative for it?
Can you please guide?

Again, what do you mean with dynamic reports?
Drill down/up, drill through, active filtering (such as in Project Crescent), ... ?
Your question is quite general, so it is not easy to give an exact detailed and correct answer.
Maybe you can read up on the subject and ask specific detailed questions later...
(one tip: reports on OLAP cubes are usually crosstabs - or matrix reports in SSRS terminology - based on aggregate data)
