I just performed two SQL Server 2008 R2 installations. The servers are both running Windows Server 2008 R2. On neither installation can I create a maintenance plan. I right click on Maintenance Plans and then left click on New Maintenance Plan, but nothing happens. I am able to create a MP via the wizard. But once saved, I'm not able to modify it. I can double click on it but nothing happens. I right click on it and left click Properties, and nothing happens there. Has anyone seen this before? Are you able to create a MP and later modify it?
