  Hello,

  For a remote site sl server HA, which solution is better?

  I have fud some tables comparing SQL technologies like mirroring, log shipping, clustering, and replication, But I failed to find details on comparison items like network bandwith requirements, or other esources issues.

  onemore question is that, another solution could be disk deduplication. Now , which of them is better and why? I think I can use disk deduplication and setup a cluster node on the remote site

  If we have a cluster on our local site, and for the remote site we could have a max of 512 Kb/s BW, then which solution is better?

  Good Question and this needs lot of parameters needs to be considered while design and you have concern about the network bandwidth.

  You have not mentioned which SQL Version you are using, Size of the Databases,Transactions per sec. ,etc.
