Disable/Enable hyperlinks in table by expression

    Is it possible to disable and enable hyperlinks or the 'Action' based on a certain expression for that column and row.

    I know there is a hide/show functionality, but i need to (based on the data present) enable the action for certain data values and disable the option for others.

    Is this possible. I can't seem to find much on the web about it.

    Found a decent solution.

    Although it was tricky to get the two text boxes to hover over each other so the formatting would be in line, the final result is ok.
