So far as I know, you can't add buttons to reports. Reports are just data presentation. Would a link do what you need?
Or do you mean on the report control? Like for a parameter or something? (As opposed to on the report itself.) You should be able to add a parameter to one, or add whatever you like to the application that the report viewer is embedded in.

Can you help me out in this
I need to create a report in the following way
All USA Canada Mexico Australlia France ( should not use the drop down list) and whn i click on the USA it should show new row related to USA
All USA Canada Mexico Australia France
whn we click on USA we should get as
Newyork NewJersey Ilinosis Washingtion
whn we click on any of above it should show data related to it eg if we click on Newyork it should show
tax related to Newyork
if tax of Newyork is lessthan thersoldvalue it should highlight Newyork and USA also
All USA Canada Mexico Australia France
Newyork NewJersey Ilinosis Washingtion
tax < X (threshold value)
it should highlight tax,Newyork,USA

I'm not sure a report can do that. Most it can be done with drill-down reports, but I'm not sure about the highliting part.
