    you didn't print the actual error, so this is just a guess: the error was constraint name "pk_username_profile " already exists

    search your script for pk_username_profile and see if it appears more than once.

    google / paste the actual error you received; that would probably give the best clue as to teh problem if my first guess was wrong.

    if i google Error 2147217900 , there are at least 4 different error descriptions related to that error number in the top 10 links i found...we'd need the error description YOU received to really help.
