  ARe SQL Logind independent of each sql server machine? say for example i create sql login on ServerA and migrated the same login to ServerB, If in case i disable or reset password for the login on ServerA does it also gets disabled on ServerB also ?

  SQL Server logins are instance dependent. So, in your example, the login on ServerB wouldn't be affected by changes made on ServerA.
