Restore DB task is failing for Large DBs (more than 40GB)

    I am trying to Restore DB on Dev Servers and it is giving an error,

    'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError: A nonrecoverable I/O error occurred on file "???:" 170(The requested resource is in use.). (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)'

    This is a 4 node cluster running on VM and this problem occurs only for Large DBs, it is working fine for all the small DBs.

    We are having 64 bit SQL 2005 SP3, Disks seems to be Healthy!

    Any Help Appreciated.

    Are you able to restore the databases on other servers that are not VMs?

    Yes, All the DBs are restored every night on Test servers, I Refresh Dev Server rarely (running on VM).
