  Hi,

  we implemented database mirroring. the server name property is returning the name of the production DB server (ABC) instead of XYZ.

  plz help me .

  if you run the hostname on dos prompt, are you getting xyz or ABC?

  Also I beleive you saying that when you running select @@servername, you getting the incorrect server name.

  If ABC is incorrect name then what exactly this server is?
