Hiya,
I'm trying to configure Reporting Services everything is fine up to Database Server tab where i try to Change Database if I test connection or go next I've got the following error:
Could not connect to server: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occured during the login process. (provider:TCP Provider,error:0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)
This error is when I go to the command prompt and type sqlcmd -E -Sadmin
Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 10.0 : A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Server is not found or not accessible. Check if instance name is correct and if SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. For more information see SQL Server Books Online..
Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 10.0 : Login timeout expired.
I am running SQL Server 2008 R2 on XP Pro SP3.
I've done (almost) anything to make it work without any success from changing the tcp/ip port to 1433, making SQL Server accessible remotely, but it doesn't allow me to add (or create a ).
Please I really need your help.
Cheers guys (and girls obviously - :hehe:)

You probably have problems with u login accounts that u r using. If u r using sql server 2008r2 make sure u dont have illegal chars in the URL eg directoryname_instancename, remove the underscore btwn the directory name and the instance name.
