I have started learning SSRS, little bit confused ! do i need to learn SSAs first !

It kind of depends.
On what source will your reports be based on? If your sources are only relational databases, then you can skip SSAS.
If you have OLAP sources, you should have at least some basic notions of dimensional modelling and SSAS.
What are the parts you are struggling with?

Virender,
Before OLAP, I would recommend you brush up your skills with DW principles. This will indeed help you a lot, in the longer run.
