if we can not backup for two day data then my system is crashed suddenly then how can i restore my database is there any solutions for that?

Your language is little confusing...what I understood is you have taken backup 2 days back and now your system is crashed...
In this scenario..You will be able to restore the DB only till your last backup...provided you have this backup file accessible 🙂

Do you have a good full backup?
Do you have transaction logs since the last full backup?
If yes to both, then you can restore your database up to the time of failure.
If no to the transaction logs, you can restore your database up to the point of your last full backup.
If no to both, then you are going to need to try to recover your database.
To recover, find out any error messages related to the crash. And then let us know. Dependant on the errors, the advice may change on how to recover.
