Fast query runs slow in Report Builder

    Hi,

    I have created a report in Report builder and ran it. It takes more than 30 min to run.

    From the SQL profiler I got the query that is generated by the Report builder for the same report that I created. It ran in 6 minutes.

    Could anyone please suggest what might be the reason?

    Are you using a stored procedure?

    My reports are based on a model which is autogenerated based on the dsv. I haven't used any sps for the report.
