I took a day off work so I could be here when Namaste Solar and IREA came out to my house to replace my old electric meter with one that is capable of net-metering. This allows you to sell any excess electricity that you generate back to the utility company. My system is relatively small, but on most months I should generate more power than I use, which makes me very happy.

This shows the SunPower 3000M inverter (on the right). The conduit on the right goes up to the ten 315 watt SunPower 315 panels on the roof.
