how to use the isolation levels in sql server ,is there any option to change the type of isolation levels in sql server.

This is a might broad topic to cover. A general answer is yes, there is a way to change the isolation level within a procedure. This, of course, begs the question; what are you trying to accomplish?
To help get you started, I recommend that you read about isolation levels in BOL (Books Online, the SQL Server Help System).
