I would like to know if reports developed using SSRS 2008 R2 can be modified in SQL Server 2008?

R2 has a mode (in BIDS) where you can select which version you're developing for. If you use the "R1" version, then sure.

I don't actually have R2, so I can't tell you any more than what I've read.
